Hugh Kemp was born on November 08, 1947 in Carrollton, Illinois. He was the fifth and last child born to Charles Lawrence Kemp and Eileen Abernethy Kemp. Surviving immediate family are wife Linda, mother Eileen, sister Georgia Ann, sister Sylvia Jean and brother Larry James as of 2007. John Steven,his brother and Charles Lawrence his father have passed away.
